eVirtual Branch

eVirtual Branch allows you to access your accounts from home, work, or any computer with internet access whenever it's convenient for you. In the top right corner of the page you will see our eVirtual Branch login. Select 'Enroll' and follow the prompts. During the process you will be asked to select and answer questions and choose a symbol. This is part of our multi-layer authentication process and will help us to identify you during future logins. Please note that you will need your street no., social security no. and account no. in order to enroll. This is the only time you will be asked for it. Usernames need to be something other than your account number. Passwords should include both upper and lower case letters as well as numbers and be at least eight characters for your security. Account to Account Transfer is a special feature that will allow you to transfer funds to and from accounts at other financial institutions. For full details regarding set up, please contact your Cross Valley FCU member service representative. Alerts may also be set up to inform you when a transfer is unable to process, when changes have been made to the account's email, if a login ID or security code has changed, or simply to schedule a reminder for yourself by choosing 'Alerts' under the 'Self Service' tab.


ePay

ePay (our online bill payment system) like our eVirtual Branch, is another service that we offer at no charge to our members. In order to use ePay, you will need to have established both a Cross Valley FCU share draft checking account and have access to our eVirtual Branch. Once you have completed your enrollment and have logged in, you will note several tabs in eVirtual Branch. Choose the 'Self Service' tab. Once selected you will see several choices. Select 'Bill Payment'. Once you select it, follow the online prompts. You will also note that a new tab shows up on your screen called ePay. In the future, you will simply select this tab and then choose your next step from the menu provided. Choosing 'Merchant Accounts' will enable you to input your payees and save their information for future use. Alerts can also be set up. But please note you will need to go back to the 'Self Service' tab and choose 'Alerts' in order to do so.


eMobile Money

eMobile Money allows members to truly enjoy account access via a mobile device while out and about via WAP or SMS capabilities. This system enables members to check account balances and view recent account activity by using either SMS texting or a mobile browser. Members will need to have eVirtual Branch access. You will need to have your mobile phone number and the name of your cellular provider available at the time you sign up. To enroll simply log in to eVirtual Branch, select the 'Self Service' tab. Here you will see a box for 'Additional Service' in which you can select 'Mobile Money'. Read the disclosure and follow the prompts to complete set up. To update your mobile device information at any time you will need to log in and visit the same page. You can also visit this location to add an additional device. Be sure to check with your mobile provider as standard text messaging and internet usage rates may apply. Cross Valley FCU allows up to 16 texts per month; following which the member will receive $.05 charge/text.*

eStatements

eStatements allow our members a more secure way to receive monthly/quarterly account statements. Please note that if you enroll for eStatements you will no longer receive a paper statement via regular mail. Enroll today by logging into eVirtual Branch and selecting the 'Self Service' tab. Here you will see a box for 'Additional Service' in which you can select "eStatements". Read the disclosure and then simply follow the prompts to complete set up. Once established, each month you will receive an email to let you know that your eStatement is available for view from eVirtual Branch. It stores up to six months of statements and allows you the option to print the statement for your records as well. You will need to be able to access to eVirtual Branch and be responsible for maintaining an active email address with the credit union in order to continue to receive eStatements.


eCrossings

eCrossings email messages allow members to be the first to know about upcoming events and promotions at the credit union. It also allows us to share information such as financial news stories and tips that we feel could be beneficial. There is no charge from the credit union for eCrossings email messages. To enroll, simply click on eCrossings link located on the left navigation bar. Once you do, you will be directed to a sign up page. You may choose to update your eCrossings information at anytime. And, each email message will contain a link to enable you to update your preferences or to unsubscribe if you wish. It's very important to note that we will never use eCrossings emails to request information from you regarding your personal accounts with our credit union.If you should receive an email requesting your personal information, we would like to ask that you call to report this to one of our member service representatives as soon as possible.


Wiring Instructions

Planning to wire something into Cross Valley? It's simple. You will just need our credit union's name and the following ABA Routing Number: 231386881 and your account number. This information and your account number may also be located at the bottom of your checks.
