Your access to Bill Pay will temporarily pause.

From Monday, November 21st, through Monday, December 2nd, Cross Valley members will temporarily lose access to Bill Pay within home banking while we update and improve the service. 

Although access will momentarily pause, any bills previously scheduled before November 21st will remain scheduled and will go through even during these dates. If you have bills you need to schedule, we’d recommend doing so before November 21st to avoid any interruption or issues.

On December 2nd, Bill Pay will re-launch with an improved look and feel and be integrated within the all new Online Banking.
